It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Jefferis of Paola, Kansas, born in Moran, Kansas, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Earl and Bertha Jefferis (Flutz); and his sister Colleen Bagnal. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Wayne (Melanie) and Gage Jefferis of Valrico; his grandsons, Darin (Marianne) and Gunnar Jefferis of Paola, Kansas; and his brothers, Rollin Jefferis (Darlen) of Spring Hill and James Jefferis (Shirley) of Moran Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
