She was predeceased by: her parents, James Beard and Dorothy Beard; and her siblings, Joyce Winfree and James Beard. She is survived by: her husband Woody Farmer; her children, Shelly Staum (Todd) of Paola, Kelly Voigts of Wellsville and Woody Farmer (Jamie) of Paola; her stepson J. D. Fraser (Lona) of Louisburg, Kansas.; her grandchildren, RJ Trumbly (Jenny), Lora Trumbly, Janna Staum, Billy Butler (Jamie), Hayley Stone (Kevin), Derek Staum, Caleb Butler, Ted Voigts (Kayla) and Hanna Kemp (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Noah, Grant, Jordan Trumbly, Kyndall Christiano, Kayden, Urijah Ditch, Jade, Miles, Remi Butler, Griffin, Layne Stone of Keverett Newberry, TJ and Storie Voigts; and her siblings, Judy Hartman (Chuck), Juanita Long and Eric Beard (Wendy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dengel & Son Mortuary – Paola Chapel (305 N Pearl St, Paola, KS 66071). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Paola Cemetery.
