He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Katherine Bruce; his parents, Eugene W. Bruce and Goldie H Bruce Peak (Harvey); his stepfather William Peak; his brother George Bruce; his stepsiblings, Thomas Peak and Betty White; and his granddaughter Melissa Browning.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathie Iverson (Cory) of Shawnee, KS, Chili Allen (Mark) of Fontana, Jamie Hawkins and Kelly Fricke (James) of Leavenworth, KS.; his grandchildren, Craig Browning, Carly Browning, Natalie Melichar, Skylar Hawkins, Garrett Allen, Jake Allen (Brityn), Tanier Karigan (Hannah), Lee Sutcliffe, Dakota Fricke and Kaydyn Fricke; his great grandchildren, Reese, Emersyn Browning, Nora, Penelope Melichar, Amaya, Aubrey Hawkins, Parker Allen and River Karigan; and his pet Smoke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dengel & Son Mortuary - Paola (305 N Pearl St, Paola, KS 66071).
Memorials are suggested to Olathe Health Hospice House.
