He is survived by: his children, Joseph Butel of Olathe, KS and Jessica Butel (Ryan Haddock) of Lugoff, SC; his grandchildren, Riordan, Barrett, Beckett and Juliana; and his siblings, John Butel of Cleveland, MO, Carolyn Parkins of Port Orange, FL, Shirley Kingsley of San Jose, CA, Cathy Hughey of Whitehouse, TX and Christine Lafond of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
