She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Russell and Elfie Russell; her husband Robert Penn (Bob); her brothers, Billy Russell, Ray Russell and Bob Norton; and her granddaughter Lacey Penn.
She is survived by: her children, Scotty Penn (Nanette), Kathy Johnson, Billy Penn (Annetta) and Bob Penn (Jody). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
