He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Brown and Fern Brown (Bourm); and his brother Lee Westhaffer. He is survived by: his wife Ledia; his children, Eugene Brown of Topeka, KS, Michael Brown of Wichita and Geneva Smith of Topeka, KS; and his siblings, Margaret Haynes of Oskaloosa, KS and Robert Brown of Perry, KS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
