He is survived by: his former spouse Jackie Perrin; his sister Norma White (Owen) of Ainsworth, Iowa; his daughters, Jennifer Rutledge (Dustin) of Paola and Sarah Sweet (BJ) of Emporia; and his grandchildren, Yasmin Rutledge, Aleycia Rutledge and Brayden Sweet.
