He is survived by: his wife Connie Einhellig; his daughter Kimberly Ann Mullins of Rogers, Arkansas; and his sister Cheryl Herzog of Wardsville, MO. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
