He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Fannan (Achey); his brother Anthony; and his grandparents, Ted and Georgia Achey. He is survived by: his father Vernon M. Fannan; his children, Levi Fannan (Shyla), Cody Fannan and Rachel Fannan; his siblings, Helen Gilliland, Barbara Windler and Vernon L. Fannan; and his grandchildren, Fynneas, Ophelia, Liam, Bethany and Salem.
In lieu of flowers memorials are to Muscular Dystrophy.
