She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Balocca and Frances Balocca (Casper); her husband James H. Clemens; and her son Michael B. Clemens. She is survived by: her children, Frances "Tibby" Fort, Mary E. Stitt and Joseph "Joe" Clemens. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
