He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Rogge and Loretta Nutsch (Kohlmeier); his stepfather Francis Nutsch; and his nephew Jeremy Oelschlager. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Winter; his son Sheldon Rogge of Green, KS; and his siblings, Roy Rogge (Robin) of San Diego, CA, Mike Rogge (Deb), Lori (Leland) and Mary Oelschlager (Robbie).
