He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dennett and Pearl Dennett (Dirlam); and his siblings, Maude, Cecil, Bill, Leo, Mildred, Marjorie, Orland, Marion, Wanda and Roscoe.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Clark (Ivan) of Morrison, CO, Linda Richards (David) of Lawrence, KS, Denise Dennett (Terry Strausborger) of Hays, KS and Carol Himbury (Rick) of Midland, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Palco Lions Club or VFW Post 8871 and may be sent in care of Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home, 320 SW 2nd St., Plainville, KS 67663.
