It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Travis Edwin Viehweg of Ozawkie, Kansas, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jason Viehweg and Ryan Viehweg. He is survived by: his parents, Douglas K. Viehweg and Sharon C. Viehweg (Smith); his wife Amanda Susan Wehner; his sister Angela Komarek; his brother-in-law Scott; his nieces and nephews, Addison, Hudson and Avery; his brother Clayton Viehweg; his sister-in-law Kay; his nephew Isaac; and his nieces, Alexis Viehweg and Madison Viehweg.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clifton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Travis' honor to the American Heart Association, the United Way, or a humane society of the donor's choosing.
