He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira LaVerne "Chick" and Ernestine Mae "Ernie" Trude Stebbins; and his siblings, Curtis L. Stebbins and Verna Mae Walker. He is survived by: his wife Sue A. Means; his children, Richard Stebbins (Becki) and Melinda Herrig (Jeff); his sister Sheila Harries; and his grandchildren, Brooke Payne (Josh), Trae Stebbins, Gloria Stebbins, Britni Harvey, Bailey Harvey, Cody Harvey, Dylan Harvey, Heather Herrig, Macie Herrig, Brandon Herrig (Joey) and Sierra Rice. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
