He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Howe and Augusta Jeanette Murphy Howe; and his brother Loyd L. Howe. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Howe of Overland Park, KS, Scott Howe (Corena), Troy Howe and Johnny Howe; his stepchildren, Kimberly Davis (Travis) of Broken Arrow, OK and Shawn Carr; and his sister Martha Majors. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four step-grandchildren.
