He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Albert and Clara Irene Simms Eastridge; his son John Eastridge; and his siblings, Bill Eastridge, Paul Eastridge, Phyllis Iman and Sharron Sample.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Ellen Chenoweth; and his children, Jennifer Alice Eastridge (Scott) of Norman, OK, Lukis Chenoweth and Richard Grant Eastridge Smithville (Bernadine). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
