He is survived by: his wife Mitzi McCoy; his children, Brooke Mueller (David), Drew Evans and Adam Evans; his grandchildren, Hope and Grant Mueller; his siblings, Diana Provenzano and Darren Evans (Sarita); and his aunt Phyllis Hege. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
