He is survived by: his wife Sherrel Neely; his children, Christina Hudson-Locke (David), Jeff Neely (Loretta), Mendy Zimmerman and Trena Cannon (Chad); his grandchildren, Christopher Jones, Sydney Young, Matthew Jones, Samantha Jones, Shelby Morris, Lane Neely, Nicky Jones, Bodhie Cannon and Braden Black; and his siblings, Allen Neely, Chris Neely and Sheila White. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
