She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Krepps and Edith Krepps (Keevert); her grandmothers, Hattie Keevert (Stanley) and Stella Krepps; her sister Nonie Opperman (Richard Starlin); her grandson Brad Starlin; her son-in-law Larry Capron; and her niece Sunni Stumpff.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Starlin; her children, Steve Starlin (Colene), Kathy Capron, Denise Castor (Tim) and Bernice Rucker (Steve); her siblings, Ray Krepps (Janice) and Gaye Stumpff (Roger); and her grandchildren, Tina Stout (Greg), Tim Castor Jr. (Gale), Anastasia Anthony, Travis Brister (Shannon), Kristy Richter (Tony), Wendy Brixey (Nathan), Shane Starlin (Jade) and Erik Capron (Sarah). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
