He is survived by: his wife Vickie Deckard; his daughters, Leslie Starlin of Winfield, Jennifer Shields of Chanute and Stacy Starlin; his grandchildren, Bevin, Braedon, Brooklyn, Hailey, Peyton and Barrett; and his siblings, Russell, Gerald Starlin of Oxford and Gloria Ann Weir of Topeka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
