She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Jelinek and Peggy Jelinek (Jones); her brother Richard Jelinek; and her grandson Ethan Osborn. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Stacie Osborn of Winfield and Scott Osborn of Wichita; her grandchildren, Ariel Wilcox, Mikkie Neilson and Bradi Osborn; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Jelinek, Ruthie Hendrick, Marion Struble and Philip Osborn (Carolyn).
