As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeff may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his son Sam Leis. He is survived by: his wife Ann Leis; his children, Dawn Chapman (Jon), Steve Leis (Kelli Sims) and Amanda Crawford; and his grandchildren, Dagan, Maya Chapman, Abigail Crawford and Alexander Leis.
In Jeff's honor, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
