He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wheeler and Jessie Wheeler (Jones); and his brother-in-law Joe Krafels. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, Billie Rivers of Oxford, Bobby Wheeler of Oxford and Byron Wheeler (Diana) of Oxford; his sister Jane Krafels of Hutchison; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Rivers, Crystal Williams, Joshua Wheeler, Benjamin Rivers and Melissa Linot. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
