Though William Claypool may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Lyons and Lucy Lyons. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Taos Ski Valley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Dr. William C. Lyons Memorial Scholarship fund at New Mexico Tech, in Soccoro, NM, ensuring that Bill's legacy of inspiring young minds continues for years to come.
