He was predeceased by: his mother Annita Oliver; his nephew Isaiah Oliver; and his grandparents, Annie Laura Oliver, Edith Barnes Samuel, Lillie White Sewell and George Alexander Sewell.

He is survived by: his wife Suki Lee Oliver; his daughters, Jenna Oliver Schipull (Robert Schipull), Soni Ann Oliver (Terrance Kennedy) and Hanna June Oliver; his father Mickey Oliver; his siblings, Darryl Oliver (Lisa) and Marvita Oliver; and his granddaughter Naomi Oliver Kennedy. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery (395 Biddle Blvd, Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027).
