He is survived by: his mother Marla DeJonge (Wolfe) of Kansas City, MO; his fiancée Katie Heeter; his sons, Hendrix Underwood of Overland Park, KS, Hudson and Avi Underwood; the parent of his children Lindsay Underwood of Olathe, KS; his grandparents, Kay and Larry Wolfe of Atchison, KS; and his siblings, Jason DeJonge of Lawrence, KS, Shawn Underwood (Missy) of Smithville, MO and Kimberly Buhler (Jordan) of Excelsior Springs, MO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
