As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Whitman and Iva Whitman (Steffen); and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his wife Candy (Anderson); his daughter Tracey; his stepdaughter Jessica (Christopher Rush); and his siblings, Lyndia Arens, Lylia Van Conet, Randie Lotridge and Gilbert Whitman. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
