He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Cook and Jane Cook. He is survived by: his nephew Elliott Cook; his niece Lila Cook; and also Max Cook (Rayane).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Overland Park (9595 W 95th St, Overland Park, KS 66212).
