She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wood and Emily Wood (Williams); and her husband Jack Smart. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Smart of Lee's Summit, MO and Kim Ebert (Chuck) of Raytown, MO; her brother Mahlon Wood (Sheila) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Barbara Nichols, Elizabeth Carroll, Breena Carroll, Chad Carroll, Luke Irwin, Lisa Peterson and Shannon Brown (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Leah Nichols, Dradyn Carroll, Brody Fallein, Felicia Wortham and Harley Wortham.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Poland-Thompson Chapel (222 W 3rd St, Cameron, MO 64429).
