He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Kranitz and Ethel Kranitz. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Martin Pfefer; and his nieces and nephews, Ericka Kranitz and Marcy Gelfand. He is also survived by his nieces and a nephew and many special friends.
