She is survived by: her husband Preston Phipps; her children, Cathy Curatalo (Frank), Mark Tuell (Dawn), Anita Draggoo and Jeff Tuell (Charlotte); and her sister Ruth Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
