With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary L. Roper in Overland Park, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary left this world on December 17, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Sullivan and Rose M. Sullivan (Zagar). She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Benjamin P. Roper, Jr. and Theresa Lansdon (Art); her grandchildren, Patrick Lansdon (Lisa), Ryan Lansdon (Caryn Lawrence) and Kathleen Lundine (Tom); her great grandchildren, Amelia and Claire Lansdon; and her siblings, Dan Sullivan (Lisa Chmielewski), Rose Marie Epperson (Clyde) and Mike Sullivan (Julie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home (340 N 6th St, Kansas City, KS 66101).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Salvation Army, or the charity of your choice.
