I had the privilege to know Mark for 20 years as the City of Topeka was a client of Siemens (Now Evoqua) and I represented the City. Mark was a very likable guy and easy to work with. We had a good working relationship over the years and I got to know him well enough to know that he was a very devoted family man and was very proud of his son Noah. He will be missed. Sylvan”
