She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Spain and Lois Spain (Baldwin); her husband Duane "Mike" Vanhaverbeke; her son Kevin Michael; and her siblings, Richard Spain and Dorthea Riddle.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Bazille (Jeff); her granddaughters, Hope McCort (Marc) and Rachel Jimison (Josh); her great grandchild Hudson McCort; and her brothers, William and James Spain. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
