He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae Ruth Wagner and William Carl Emil Wagner; and his siblings, Carl Wagner, John Wagner, Robert Wagner, Marie Wagner, Martha Stocker and Gladys Long.
He is survived by: his wife Alda Maria Da Silva; his children, William Wagner (Jennifer), Richard Wagner and Sally Briscoe (Scotty); his daughter-in-law Katia Wagner; his grandchildren, Megan Balke (Derek), Joey Wagner, Brady Wagner, Kaitlyn Briscoe, Kyle Briscoe, Ashley Wagner and Kathlyn Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Colton and Maisy Balke.
