James K. Swafford Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2020, at the age of 96, James K. Swafford (Overland Park, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite Huffman; his parents, Mary Swafford and Nolan Swafford; his brother Reo Swafford; and his son John Swafford.

He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Story of Independence, Rebecca Robinson of Overland Park, Kansas and James K. Swafford, Jr. of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by many grandkids; great grandkids; and great-great grandkids.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the AdventHealth Care Center of Overland Park.
