With solemn reverence, we commemorate Gerald Allan Siemer (Overland Park, Kansas), born in Alton, Illinois, whose life came to an end on December 16, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Siemer and Aloysius "Ollie" Siemer; his grandfather Elmer Garrison; his brother Ron; his brothers-in-law, Larry Price and John Lake; and his nephew Eric Siemer.

He is survived by: his sister Jerry; his close friend Ed Riva; his grandchildren, Ami and Lora; his great grandchild Owen; his grandchild Jerry; his wife Lenore; his children, Scott (Shelli), Ami Garrison (Kendall) and Lora; his grandchildren, Mallory, Jackson and Owen; his sisters, Cheryl Faxon (Richard) and Kay Lake; his sister-in-law Patti Siemer; and also Jackson. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many good friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:25 AM at the Queen of the Holy Rosary Church (7023 W 71st St, Overland Park, KS 66204). A Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. After getting Covid in early 2023 and again in early 2024, this past year was especially challenging.

The family asks that in place of flowers, contributions be made to the Red Cross or to a favorite charity.
