Tinsley (Overland Park, Kansas), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 16, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tinsley and Edna Tinsley; and his brothers, Lester, Victor and David.

He is survived by: his wife Vaughnie; his son Mark; and his brothers, Carl and Paul. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
