He is survived by: his parents, Mike Smith and Pamela Smith; his sister Angela Weil; his brother-in-law Michael Weil; his niece Lydia Weil; his nephew Aaron Weil; his sister Rebecca Smith; his brother-in-law Fred Hund; and his nephew Thomas Hund.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the McGilley & Hoge Johnson County Memorial Chapel (8024 Santa Fe Dr, Overland Park, KS 66204). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery (9501 W 159th St, Overland Park, KS 66221).
