He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Black and Vivian Black (Johnson); and his niece Lori Davis (Smiddy). He is survived by: his wife Leona Black (Crooks); his children, Andrew Black (Andrea), Angelia Frederico (Joshua), Anthony Black (Beverly) and Amy Rodas (Winston); his grandchildren, Atalie Black, Cade Fleshman, Austin Black, Aiden Kaighen (Nicholas), Donivan Fleshman, Matthew Black, Michael Black, Colby Black, Addison Fleshman, Skyler Black, Tessa Black and Esther Rodas; his great grandchildren, Isla Black, Cohen Fleshman, Nala Black, Charlotte Fleshman and Elliana Kaighen; and his sisters, Linda Smiddy, Kathy Black Childs, Joyce Kelley and Faith Hawn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
