He is survived by: his spouse Melva "Kay" Franz; his children, Elizabeth Kay Stradley of La Grande, OR and Douglas Wayne Hodge of Berryton, KS; his grandchildren, William Allen Gaines, Jessica Marie Hadl and Kyle William Hodge; and his great grandchildren, Chassity Marie Hadl, Jaden Marie Hadl, Jessica Church, Dakota Gaines and Hadley Cait Hodge. He is also survived by five nephews.
