She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harley and Vera Maude McNemar Rathburn; her husbands, Edgar Glenn and Billy Garrett; her siblings, Bill, Bruce Rathbun, Eula Barger and Lois Lorrence; her son Charles Glenn Sr.; and her stepdaughters, Kathy Garrett and Andrea Horch.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Glenn (Pam), Tony Glenn (Leanna), Barbara Jo Glenn, Kathy Steele (Bob) and Debbie Carrier (Andrew); her sister Donna Bender (Gene); and her stepdaughter Michelle Simpson (Reese). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St Croix Hospice, Brookside Memorial Fund or Brookside Retirement Community, sent in care of the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
