She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Braswell and Willie Dee Austin (McDaniel); her brothers, Carlous E. Braswell and John A. Braswell; her siblings-in-law, Don Martin and Sue Martin; and her former husband Clyde Martin.
She is survived by: her children, LoRetta Martin Yates (Wayne Yates) of Ashland City, TN and Spence Martin (Anna Akers) of Overbrook, KS; her sisters, Judith Hardegree (Daryl) of Mineola, TX and Vickie Comerford of Albany, GA; her grandchildren, Logan Wright, Edward Wright and Geralt Wright; and her sisters-in-law, Cheri Harmison of Overbrook, KS and Carolyn Martin of Overbrook, KS. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
