She was predeceased by: her father Arbelle Harris; her husband Raymond E. Brewer; her mother Arbelle E. Dowell; and her former husband Elton Decker of Lyndon. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Brewer (Rebecca) and Donald (Becky); her brothers, Lee (Pam) and Jim (Christi); and her stepchildren, Terry Herdlicka (Harmon), Dana McNabb (John), Andrew and Danny (Laurie). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent in Mildred's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
