He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Barber and Rita Brennan Barber; his son Robert; and his brothers, Michael and Tim.
He is survived by: his children, Nick Barber and Debbie Lopez (Esau); his grandchildren, Ashley Hale, Kiera Boone and Isabella Lopez; his great grandchildren, Raynah, Maleah, Carmelia, Lailoni, Annilyn, Jerry, Robert and Eliza; and his siblings, Rob Barber III, Rita Craig (Bill), John Paul Barber, Sr., Chris Barber and Danny Barber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
