It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Cooper of Overbrook, Kansas, born in Scranton, Kansas, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Rowe and Melissa M. Jolly; and her brother William R. Rowe. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Darla Rowe; her nephews, William A. Rowe (Laura) and Marc S. Rowe (Pam); and her uncle Jim Jolly (Martha).
