He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton L. Lowe, Sr. and Helen M. Lowe; his wife Juanita R. Lowe; his son Tim Lowe; and his grandson Kyle Lowe.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Juanita R. Lowe; his children, Patty Cleaver of Overbrook, Randy Lowe of Kansas City and Daniel Lowe, Sr. of Arkansas; and his sister Ann Skaggs (James) of Missouri. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great- grandchildren.
