He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Herbert and Bertha Mae Peters Ufford; his wife Ruth JoAnn Lincoln; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his children, Richard Ufford (Wendy) and Janie Rutherford (Rob Roy Rutherford III); his grandchildren, Shannon Warthen (Joseph Pritchard), Sara Ufford, Corey Ufford (Courtney), Rob Roy Rutherford IV (Isha) and James Rutherford (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Colton Warthen, Casen Warthen, Stephon Johnson, Addison Ufford, Ember Jo Ufford and Rob Roy Rutherford V. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
