He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Hall Ketchum and Margaret Arlene Ketchum (Danielson); his sister Nancy Jean Marks; and his wife Jan Ketchum. He is survived by: his children, Steven Ketchum of Ottawa, KS, Lisa Ketchum (Tyler Hatch) of Ottawa, KS and Megan Ketchum (Charles "Chad" Seigneur) of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Deacon, Kaley Hatch of Ottawa, KS and Penn Seigneur of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister Marcia Ketchum of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
