He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Blake, Sr. and Carolyn Blake (Wenthe). He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Blake, Jr. (Dottie) of Garnett, KS and Linda Price (Ed) of Huntsville, Utah. He is also survived by three nieces; two nephews; and two great nieces.
